This improv session was recorded when John Sharp aka Mr. Natural stayed and played at our communal studio and rehearsal space in Brugata 3A in Oslo back in November of 2005. He worked as a chef in Austin, TX, so he cooked us an excellent pasta meal on the day of the recording. On of the ingredients was a nice Norwegian pepper mix called Peppersymfoni, so that became the title of the release. John was a unique musician, a great cook, and a very kind and gentle man. Rest in peace, brother.
